600kg Latent Lifting AGV Robot

Narrow-Aisle Autonomous Material Handling for Smart Warehouses & Factories

Move more, in less space, with zero manual effort. The EP XCD061 is a 600 kg latent-lifting autonomous mobile robot (AGV/AMR) engineered by EP Equipment for high-density, high-efficiency intralogistics. Standing just 250 mm tall, it slips beneath your racks, lifts, and transports them autonomously — turning aisles that were too tight for forklifts into productive transport lanes.

Why the XCD061?

Built for narrow aisles
With a compact low-profile body and a 300 mm turning radius, the XCD061 rotates in place and threads through tight warehouse layouts where conventional forklifts and pallet trucks simply can’t operate. Reclaim floor space you thought was unusable.

Precise, reliable navigation
Dual-mode Laser SLAM and QR-code navigation delivers ±10 mm positioning accuracy and ±0.5° angle accuracy, so every pickup and drop-off lands exactly where it should — pallet after pallet, shift after shift.

Fast throughput
Travel speeds of up to 2 m/s (unladen) and 1.8 m/s (laden) keep material moving across large production floors, making the robot ideal for multi-point, long-distance transport routes.

All-day endurance
A 48V / 30Ah battery provides up to 8 hours of continuous operation and recharges in just 1.5 hours — enough to keep pace with demanding single- and multi-shift industrial schedules.

Safety built in at every level
270° laser obstacle avoidance, emergency-stop controls, sound-and-light alarms, and mechanical anti-collision protection safeguard your people, your goods, and the robot itself in shared work environments.

Ready for the smart factory
Wireless WiFi communication lets the XCD061 dock seamlessly with automation equipment and integrate into your fleet management, WMS, or MES systems for coordinated, intelligent scheduling.

How It Works

The XCD061 uses a latent (under-carriage) lifting design. It autonomously navigates beneath a target rack or shelf, raises the load with its lifting mechanism, and carries it to the destination — then lowers, releases, and moves on to the next task. Because it rotates in situ, it handles rack-to-rack transfers and complex routing without wide swing space.

Ideal Applications

Designed for versatile deployment across:

  • Warehousing & distribution centers
  • Manufacturing and assembly lines
  • Building material shops and construction supply
  • Food shops and processing facilities
  • Hotels and back-of-house logistics
  • Machinery repair shops and advertising/production companies

Wherever repetitive rack and material transport eats into labor hours, the XCD061 delivers consistent, autonomous throughput.
